Shipping Policy

We post from Melbourne, Victoria, Australia. We currently ship Australia wide. To our international friends we suggest looking into a mail forwarding service (such reship.com) to be able to shop with us because unfortunately for now, we don't deliver outside of Australia.

We have a $9.95 flat rate for standard shipping to anywhere in Australia for orders under $100. All orders over $100 include free shipping.

Return & Exchange Policy

We are committed to providing quality products to our customers. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase it may be exchanged, credited or refunded. Please make contact with us at earthernwoman@gmail.com within 14 days of purchase to arrange a return. Returned goods must be unused and in resalable condition. Refunds less shipping cost will be processed once goods are received by us.
